Please read this agreement carefully before using our website(s) and services. They represent the terms and conditions ("Terms") for using Argyle Sports Kits website(s) and for placing orders for items from Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd.

We supply football clubs, universities, local authorities and businesses with our products. These customers are all counted as business customers. Retail Discounts are given to our business customers ordering 1 or more items, as shown on the website.

All rights, including copyright, in our website(s) are owned by or licensed to Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd . You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on our website(s) for any purpose. Any use of our website(s) or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd.
Accuracy of content
Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Prosocceruk shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Orders
A contract is formed between Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Exceptions apply to made to order or customised or personalised items, orders for which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. For a list of exceptions please see Returns section. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by contacting you by email, phone or post.
Artwork No artwork will be returned unless requested. The image remains the copyright of the customer and the embroidery also remains the copyright of the customer if embroidery set up has been charged to the customer.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘place order’ (or its equivalent) on the final page of our ordering process.
Damaged / Incorrect Sizes & Shortages
We are an shop / internet based company and all orders should be sent or confirmed by e-mail, to ensure that Brand/Style/Colour/Size & printing are correct. Any orders that are placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customers own risk. We endeavour to complete all orders to customer’s specification but are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. Personalised items are Non-returnable under the distance selling regulations.
The staff of Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd, will never recommend to the customer the sizes for garments purchased, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they do so at their own risk.
Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd rely on the customer to order the correct sizes & quantities and confirm in writing, if we supply the specified size/quantity correctly then Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd will not accept any costs involved in exchanging the product.
Some manufacturers state recommended ages/sizes. You will appreciate that all children are not the same size. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they do so at their own risk.
Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd, should be informed of and shortages/errors in any deliveries within 48hrs of receipt of the order.
Delivery
Delivery Timescales – All Branded kits and equipment are usually despatched in approximatley 10 - 14 working days (not including weekends), however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Printing on garments will delay your order despatch by 48 hours, Delays may be unavoidable at times due to circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. For full details of our delivery charges please refer to the relevant section on our website. In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation. Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries.
Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product ordered.
Delays
Occasionally, the manufacture and supply of your products may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
International Delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Payment - Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which International credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Use of this website from outside the UK
Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd products and services available in the UK. However Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd may accept orders for delivery to locations outside of the UK subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. Those who choose to access this site from locations outside the UK or place orders for delivery to locations outside the UK are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Where we have commercial relationships with third parties which govern, direct, regulate or prevent distribution of items and products shown on our website to other countries we reserve the right to refuse orders from customers in those countries and direct the customer to the relevant suppliers in their own country instead.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations to you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a ‘Force Majeure Event’). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:

Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

Cancellations, amendments & returns
As your items are made, customised or personalised specifically for you, once payment is taken no changes to the order or any cancellation may be made, except in accordance with your legal rights.
By submitting any content to Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd, you represent and warrant that:
For any content that you submit, you grant Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
All content that you submit may be used at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, condense or delete any content on our web.
Business to Business Returns and Cancellations
We supply football clubs, universities, local authorities and businesses with our products these customers are all counted as business customers.
We are a uk retailer and as such have to charge £15.00 for returned goods to cover our administration charges on all items that are agreed by us for return. No personalised goods will be accepted for return.
Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd rely on the customer to order the correct size and quantity and confirm this in writing. If we supply the specified size/quantity correctly, Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd will not accept any costs involved in exchanging the product.
All costs, including a restocking charge, incurred against incorrectly ordered goods would be the responsibility of the customer. Argyle Sports and Work Wear Ltd should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of order of any shortages or errors with an order.
Under our business terms and conditions we cannot except returns for Errea and Nike.
We can except returns for Adidas, Prostar, Stanno, Precision, Legea, Uhlsport and Sen, please note re-stocking fees apply.
We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has been made, if the courier returns the parcel to ourselves because no signature could be obtained. We will need to re-charge carriage costs to re-send. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
If you return the order we will not refund any delivery charge as this part of our service to you has already been completed. You must pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
You may return any item within 7 days of receipt, Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. You must pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
